Her approach paid off. After completing an incredible 125 transactions her rookie year, she was on her way to the career of her dreams. Eventually, she asked her son, Mike, to join her business.

After a 17 year career with UPS, Mike Bailey had risen to division manager on their executive team. He had a BA in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration. But something was missing.

“I was excellent at transactional business but traveled too much to keep community,” Mike explains. “I knew it was time to use my skill in a way that put relationships at the center. Real estate was the perfect opportunity.”

“Team Rindy” took off and was soon offered appearances on TV and radio. They organized annual Rocklin garage sales which grew so large they brought shopping pilgrims from across the country!

Eventually, their team was four offices strong, serving Roseville, the Bay Area and Sacramento.

“Again, it came back to relationships,” Rindy explains. “Mike knew it was time to sell our company so we could go back to our roots. The timing was perfect to recenter our business around a family approach because our family was growing!”

Mike grew his family and his business by proposing to Emily Lockhart! With her extensive experience in high level customer service, executive administration and sales, Emily quickly became the top agent on the team. She has over 75 five-star reviews on Zillow.
